CLAD est une entreprise spécialisée en architecture d’intérieur, design d’espace et aménagement intérieur. Nous proposons des prestations de conseil, de conception et de suivi de projet en matière de décoration et d’optimisation des espaces intérieurs.

Important : CLAD n’est pas une agence d’architecture au sens réglementé du terme et n’est pas inscrit à l’Ordre des Architectes. En conséquence :

CLAD ne réalise pas de missions relevant de la maîtrise d’œuvre complète ni de la conception de bâtiments nécessitant un permis de construire.
CLAD n’intervient pas sur les structures porteuses, les modifications de façades ou tout autre élément nécessitant l’intervention d’un architecte DPLG, DE-HMONP ou d’un bureau d’études techniques.
Les prestations proposées concernent exclusivement l’aménagement intérieur et la décoration, sans incidence sur la structure des bâtiments.

L’ensemble des plans, visuels et documents techniques fournis par CLAD sont des propositions d’aménagement à destination du client et ne peuvent en aucun cas se substituer aux plans d’exécution réalisés par les entreprises du bâtiment ou les bureaux d’études spécialisés.

Pour toute intervention nécessitant l’expertise d’un architecte ou d’un bureau d’études, CLAD pourra recommander des professionnels qualifiés.
